When a school holds accreditation status, an outside agency has thoroughly vetted its academic programs for rigorousness, quality, and adherence to educational standards. Additionally, it ensures that a school is stable, both fiscally and structurally

Accreditation confirms that the school's promises about the delivery system, courses, teachers, student support, tuition, and fees are fair and trustworthy. To maintain its accreditation status, the accrediting body conducts an on-site audit every five years to ensure that high standards are maintained and ongoing development is in place
