The Admissions Team is available to assist with enrollment, including requesting progress scores, report cards, and school transcripts, assigning entrance assessments, and receiving relevant records. The Ashenso School Admissions team initiates the onboarding process for students. They coordinate with parents and the students’ previous schools to collect all necessary documentation, such as report cards for grades and other relevant records, to finalize the students’ enrollment The Admissions team assigns entrance assessments, which, in conjunction with the provided records, will be used by the student’s counsellor to determine the appropriate academic plan for the student. We aim to make our admissions process as smooth as possible for our prospective families. Our experienced Admissions Team is always happy to answer your questions, explain our entrance procedures, or arrange a visit. Children may join Ashenso School when they turn two (2) years old. They may join in the Fall (October-December), Winter (January – April), or Summer term (May – July), and we are used to welcoming new children into all year groups at different times of year.

We would be delighted to welcome you to the school for a visit and hear more about your child. We will arrange for you to tour the school and meet the head when possible. We are also offering Virtual Tours and meetings.
Following a visit to the School, registration is the first formal stage of the admissions procedure, and early registration is advised. There is a GH 100 Registration Fee to pay at this point. Registration Forms are available from our admission section, Head of Admissions, and online on admissions@ashensoschool.com

An informal meeting with a member of the Senior Management Team, and a full tour of the school and facilities
Submission of Registration Form and Registration Fee (GH 100) NB: The Registration Fee is non-refundable and does not constitute the offer of a place at Ashenso
After going through the forms, we will contact you to formally offer your child a place at the school to confirm your place. We will ask you to complete our Acceptance Form and return it along with the admission fee GH 300 (per child) to secure your child’s place.
Completion of the Acceptance Form and payment of admission fee will ensure a place is reserved for your child at Ashenso. NB: The payment of admission fee is non-refundable.
Our Head of Admission and Marketing will work with you to complete all of the relevant pre-start documentation and will put you in touch with the uniform shop and main School Office ahead of your child’s first day at school
